MCS Office Technologies ("MCSOT")
is a turn key solution provider located in Central
Illinois. We have been in business since 1997 with
a
goal to provide customers with the information,
research, products, and services for all computer related
systems, from the wiring to the servers and the
applications in which the end user will use.
MCSOT focuses on what the “true” customer needs are. We
like to discuss each and every phase of even the
smallest projects just to make sure they are quoted
correctly and that the solution we are proposing will be
successful. Many times we are able to come up with
better solutions than what may be in mind by just
discussing all aspects of what the needs are. We not
only provide the consulting for each project, we follow
through with the equipment, software and support to
offer a truly turn key solution.
Our staff is highly motivated and experienced in many
technologies including Compaq, IBM, Hewlett Packard and
IBM-Clone Equipment. They are also certified in
Microsoft, Novell and UNIX software environments. In the
communications environment we are certified to install
wired and wireless solutions from Cisco, Adtran, Lucent,
SMC and Western Multiplex.

MCSOT utilizes a complete service process flow beginning
with a work order system at the time of any support
incident which is not closed until the job is completed.
This allows for an organized and timely support
experience for all customers. We assign specific technicians
to your account, who understands and handles your support needs. This
technician, on a biweekly schedule, updates our other technicians with specific information concerning
each of his or her customers. This can be useful under
conditions in which the technician is out on vacation,
sick leave, or cannot complete the support request in a
timely manner. Someone at MCSOT is always aware of
major changes in the environment so that they can
properly support your systems.
We also have an online support form which allows you to
submit a service request just like our technicians create a
work order. This saves you from making a phone call and
you can document all the pertinent information about the
issue you are having. This work order system is
displayed on several service monitors throughout our
company and is sorted by the pending priority.

Our company has a “no pointing fingers” attitude when
working with other vendors that provide a piece of your
systems environment. If there is an issue with something
that is not understood, we work diligently with all
vendors to get the problem identified. Once the problem
is identified, we can then determine what vendor needs
to make a change. We have dealt with vendors who blame the hardware or the software and
we know how
frustrating it can be to resolve a problem. We can
handle all of the discussions between each vendor to get
the issue resolved quickly and diplomatically.
MCSOT from the beginning has had a motto that will never

can put a value to service and we always try to go
beyond your expectations.
